LUCH gallery presents the exhibition "The New Academy Amazons" to continue to shalter the audience in Beauty.

Seven famous artists have a long career in art. In the 1990s they worked with the New Academy of Fine Arts, founded by Timur Novikov in St.Petersburg. Following Timur's manifesto, they turned to classical art for inspiration and began to develop a new trend of neo-academism. The exhibition united works from different years. An attentive viewer will find the work with classical images and a connection with neo-academicism: the interest in ornamentation, oriental motifs, technology, an ambition for perfect drawing and picturesque solutions, folds of fabric, mythology and much more.
