ON YOUR OWN WAVE | KIRILL KIPYATKOV

Solo Exhibition | LUCH Gallery
1 November 2025 – 25 January 2026
The color of the sea and the element of water haunt artist Kirill Kipyatkov; he constantly turns to them in his work, and this sets the direction for his new project. Despite autumn, life's difficulties, and changing moods, he uses visual language to communicate fundamental concepts – the importance of our physical presence, fulfillment in movement, bodily flexibility, and effective interaction with nature.

The exhibition features nine new works from 2025, united by a single theme. The main part of the exhibition consists of paintings featuring Kipyatkov's characteristic approach, a carefully crafted technique of acrylic and oil on canvas. But also, of course, are signature paintings of his oeuvre, executed with varnish on reflective fabric, which look particularly striking when photographed with flash.
