ЗОЛОТО И СТАЛЬ
Алексей Есипов, Кирилл Перченко

Group Exhibition | LUCH Gallery
15 August – 20 September 2026

The exhibition presents photographs made on metal by the silk‑screen printing master Alexey Esipov, in collaboration with curator Kirill Perchenko.

Silk‑screen printing is loved by artists who appreciate technological sophistication, complexity, and painstaking work. This technique is usually mass‑produced, but Alexey Esipov made these works unique by making the production process more complex: the photographs are printed using the silk‑screen method on the thin gold leaf transferred onto steel surfaces. Thus, he imbued the depictions of Moscow’s iconic sculptural and architectural monuments with even greater credibility, splendor and expressiveness, and at the same time, with sacredness and grandeur.
Sometimes the sky of Moscow can be gray and oppressive, but as soon as even a single ray of sunlight appears, it immediately bursts into a festive glow, revealing the splendor of the most beautiful city in the world.
